Standard of the papers will be that of B.E. Degree
Duration – Three Hours
Marks - 100
In Paper-I, there will be negative marking for every wrong answer.

The applicants are advised to submit only single application. Applicants who are submitting multiple applications should note that only the last completed applications with higher RID shall be entertained by the Reserve Bank of India Services Board.
Important instructions
Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria for the advertised posts in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI / Bank).
The Reserve Bank of India Services Board, hereinafter referred to as ‘Board’, would admit to the examination all the candidates applying for this post with the requisite fee/intimation charges (wherever applicable) on the basis of the information furnished in the ONLINE application and shall determine their eligibility only at the final stage i.e. interview stage.
For Assistant Librarian in Gr. ’A’ shortlisting of candidates will be done for Interview. If at that stage, it is found that any information furnished in the ONLINE application is false/ incorrect or if according to the Board, the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post, his/ her candidature will be cancelled and he/she will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
ii) a candidate must be either:
a. a citizen of India or
b. a subject of Nepal, or
c. a subject of Bhutan, or
d. a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
e. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Candidates are advised not to bring any valuable/costly items to the Examination Halls, as safe-keeping of the same cannot be assured. The Board will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
