NE Railway Recruitment 2024: The North Eastern Railway (NER) is going to close the online registration window for recruitment to the apprentices posts in various trades. Eligible candidates can apply by submitting their applications for the vacancies by visiting the official website at ner.indianrailways.gov.in, till 11 July, 2024.
The recruitment campaign aims to occupy a total of 1104 apprentice positions across different departments of the North Eastern Railway in various trades.
NE Railway Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be aged above 15 years and below 24 years as of June 12, 2024. Upper age limit relaxations apply as per norms.
- Educational Qualifications: Applicants should have successfully completed High School/10th with at least 50% marks and possess an ITI certificate in the notified trade at the time of notification issuance.
NE Railway Recruitment 2024: Application fee
- Processing Fee: Rs. 100 to be paid by candidates.
- Exemption: SC/ST/Divyang (PwBD)/Women candidates are exempted from paying the processing fee.

- Then, click on ‘Recruitments’, on the homepage.
- Navigate the RRC link and click on the notification ‘Act Apprentice Training Notification’.
- Click on the application link for NE railway apprentice recruitment.
- Fill the application form, upload documents, pay the fee and submit.
- Download and take a printout for future reference.
