JKSSB Constable registration deadline update: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a notified mentioning postponement of the registration dates for the Constable posts in J&K Police, Home Department under Advt. No. 01 of 2024. Eligible candidates can apply for the posts on the official website (jkssb.nic.in) from August 8 to September 7 upto 5.00 PM. According to previous schedule, the application window was scheduled to open on July 30, 2024.
While the recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 4002 vacancies, the applicants should have attained the age of 18 years and should not be more than the age of 28 years as on January 1, 2024. However, the upper age limit is relaxed for In-Service Police Personnel and SPOS and Volunteer Home Guards (VHGs).
