Physical Endurance Test (PET):
Long Race (For Male): 1600 meters in 6 and 30 Minutes (six minutes thirty seconds).
Push ups (For Male): 20 (one cycle of up and down to be counted as one)
Long Race (For Female): 1000 meters in six minutes thirty seconds 6 1/2.
Short Put (4 Kg) (For female): 14 1/2 feet in three attempts
