Qualification
MTech/ME/MDes or equivalent degree
BTech/BE/MA/MSc/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience

Desirable Skills: Ideal candidates should have skill and experience in the technologies used in Bodhitree (mentioned earlier), or in any equivalent Web application development. They should be good programmers, and should have experience in developing code for large codebases. A good understanding of server-side design of multi-tiered Web application architectures, especially in terms of performance and scalability is a plus. Candidate should have a good sense of what makes a user-friendly Web interface, and should be enthusiastic in implementing such interfaces. Familiarity with processes for change management in code a plus. Candidate should have good communication skills in English; he/she should be good at teamwork in a small team of developers.

Job Profile
The responsibilities in this job include but are not limited to:
1.Software Development related to adding new features to either enhance the user experience, or to add sophisticated new functionality to Bodhitree. This includes
Designing and implementing reasonably intuitive user interfaces for students, instructors and administrators
2.Proposing and implementing new functionality
3.Designing maintainable and robust code that supports proposed feature enhancements
4.Improving quality and organization of existing code
5.Enhancing the scalability and performance of the existing code
6.Thorough testing and debugging of existing code
7.Documentation of the code
