The applications are invited by DRDO Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for various posts such as Scientist ‘F’, Scientist ‘E’, Scientist ‘D’ and Scientist C.
The applications are invited specifically by Recruitment & Assessment Centre (RAC) for the following posts in the DRDS cadre of DRDO for Remote/field Areas under lateral recruitment scheme through RAC website: rac.gov.in.

Post: Scientist ‘E’
Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 1,23,100/-, Level 13 as per 7th CPC
No. of Vacancies: 4
Post: Scientist ‘D’
Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 78,800/-, Level 12 as per 7th CPC
No. of Vacancy: 13
Post: Scientist ‘C’
Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 67,700/-, Level 11 as per 7th CPC
No. of Vacancy: 21
Selection Process:
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview in Delhi or any other place as decided by RAC/DRDO.
- NOC will be required from the candidates serving in Govt. or in Govt. owned organizations from their respective Department/Employer at the time of Interview.
- The final selection will be purely on the basis of merit of marks in the personal interview.
