Applications are invited by Chenab Valley Power Projects [P] Ltd (CVPP) for the posts of 10 Apprentice Vacancy 2020 from ITI & Diploma pass candidates.
Applications are invited from candidates meeting the following qualification & other parameters for engagement as Engineering Graduates (Degree) and Technician Apprentices (Diploma) under The Apprentices Act, 1961 and as amended from time to time, in the below-mentioned trades.

Eligibility Criteria:
Civil: Engineering degree for Graduate apprentices and 3 years’ regular diploma for technician apprentices
Age Limit: 14 to 30 years
Mechanical: Engineering degree for Graduate apprentices and 3 years’ regular diploma for technician apprentices
Age Limit: 14 to 30 years
Electrical: Engineering degree for Graduate apprentices and 3 years’ regular diploma for technician apprentices
Age limit: 14 to 30 years
IT/ Computer Science: The candidate must have completed Engineering in IT/ Computer Science
Age Limit: 14 to 30 years
- First Preference will be given to Project Affected Families (PAFs) of CVPPPL.
- A resident of Kishtwar district of J&K state shall be given second preference.
- Candidates who are domicile of J&K shall be given third preference.
- Those candidates who have already gone through Apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible to apply.
- The apprenticeship training is for fresher’s only. Those who passed the course before three years (i.e. before 2017) are not eligible to apply for apprenticeship training. In other words, the gap between the date of declaration of results and date of recruitment should not be more than 03 years.
As such only, pass out candidates who have completed the degree/ diploma courses on or after 01.01.2017 are eligible to apply.
