The application process for the recruitment of 22 District Judge (Entry Level) has begun by the Chattisgarh High Court. The applications were invited by Chhattisgarh High Court for the posts of 22 District Judge (Entry Level) Vacancy 2020 from LLB pass candidates interested.

 

Applications are invited for the post of District Judge (Entry Level) in Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service, in the pay scale of Rs. 51550-1230- 58930-1380-63070 (New interim pay scale: in the 13-A pay matrix and pay level of Rs. 131100-216600) in the cadre of Higher Judicial Service by direct recruitment from Bar.

Eligibility Criteria: Degree in law from an institution recognized by the UGC and seven years been an advocate as on 01.01.2020. No person shall be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment unless he or her –
(i) is a citizen of India,
(ii) has attained the age of 35 years and has not attained the age of 45 years on the first day of January in the year in which applications for appointment are invited i.e. 01/01/2020, provided that upper age limit shall be relaxed up to a maximum limit of 3 years for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
(iii) Possess a degree in law of a university established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act or an institution recognized by the UGC or any other equivalent qualification.
