Educational Qualification:
Pharmacist - 12th (Intermediate) (Science) pass and Diploma in pharmacy. (NOTE- B. Pharma and M. Pharma pass may also apply.)
RNTCP - MPH/ 2 Year MBA/ PG Diploma in Management / Business Administration.
QA - MBBS/ BDS/ AYUSH/ M.Sc Nursing Graduate with Master, 2 Year MBA/ PG Diploma in Health Management/ Hospital Management.
NTCP - MPH/ 2 Year MBA/ PG Diploma in Health Management/ Hospital Management/ Health Care Management.
NPCDCS - 2 Yrs MBA/ PG Diploma in Finance.
NRC - Bachelor Degree in Dietetics/ Nutrition.
CBCE - Bachelor Degree in any Stream
Age Limit (As on 01.08.2019):
- 37 years for Male & 40 years for Female (Age relaxation available)

- For UR/EWS/MBC/BC Candidates - Rs.500/-
- For SC/ST/PWD & Women Candidates - Rs.250/-
