The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) has invited online applications for recruitment to the post of Assistant Security Officer and Security Guard. The application has been invited for 19 posts of Assistant Security Officer and 73 posts of Security Officer.

Eligibility criteria:
Assistant Security Officer: Candidate must have done graduation from a recognized University
Security Officer: Candidates must have passed 10th class and only these candidates are eligible for this post

- Application fee for Security Guard: Rs. 100/-

Salary:
ASO: Rs 35400/- (Cell No.1-Level 6 of Pay Matrix) + allowances as admissible under Central Government Rules.
SO: Rs 18000/- will be provided in the Pay Matrix Level 1 + allowances as admissible under Central Government Rules

General: 27 years
SC/ST: 32 years
OBC: 30 years

Job Location: Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Trombay, Mumbai, Maharashtra and its facility at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Selection Process: The selection process will consist of Physical Test and Written Test.
Written Test
The candidates who qualify the physical test will be allowed to appear for a Written Test for 75 marks in the allotted time of 90 minutes.
Composition of the question paper will be as per the following pattern:
(a) Comprehension - 25 marks
(b) General Awareness (Objective Type) - 25 marks
(c) Analytical or Basic Maths (Objective Type) - 25 marks
