Before joining the first job every person has some desires, goal of achieving something and has a fixed career plan. But in most of the cases, the spark towards your goals starts fading away and the working and personal life become monotonous isn’t it? While applying for a new job ask yourself that if this job fits into your career-plan if yes then you have a valid point to go for it.

What will be your KRA?
It’s become hectic if you don’t have any defined KRA. Well KRA stands for Key Result Area which means what you have to actually work on. Most of the organizations' handover the KRA to the candidate while the person is joining the company so that the candidate will get to know what he/she has to work on. And also that will define your job and you will develop a plan to complete it. Thus it helps in a uniform way.

Are you aware of the company culture?
Many people leave the company because of the negative environment or poor work culture. To have a good start in your professional career one should be aware of the organization’s work culture to work in a proper manner. Nobody wants inefficiency and the inefficiency could be driven by an unhealthy office environment.

How will you commute?
You surely don’t want to spend hours of travelling to your job. That can make you get rid of if you know exactly know how much you can travel to reach office and how far is your office is. Also, what about the expenses on commuting. How much will your commuting cost you? Are you willing to pay? Are you ok to drive or will you be comfortable taking the public transport?

Your work personality aligns with a job?
Everyone has a different personality and we are way more different on the professional front. Some people like to lead and some people are great working with a team. So this particular job which you are applying for matches your personality does it really aligns with your job profile?

Is it a stepping stone towards your goal?
Is this job completes your goal or is it a stepping stone towards your goal? Both are the positive points if you are considering one. But to keep on going you just need to keep that spark alive in you to work and it should never fade away. Money could be a reason to opt for a job but that could be one reason but being satisfied is what you need.
