APPSC Recruitment 2022: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is to conclude the registrations for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Recruitment 2022 today (March 11). The candidates can apply for the APPSC Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Recruitment 2022 from the official website of the APPSC appsc.gov.in by 04.00 PM. A total of 670 posts of Post Graduate Teacher under notification no. PSC-R(A)/15/2021 is to be filled through this recruitment drive. The selection process will consist of the Preliminary/Recruitment Test and Interview.

APPSC PGT Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: 2nd Class Master Degree in the concerned subject from a recognised University with B.Ed.

APPSC Recruitment 2022 Application Fee

Candidates would be required to pay Rs. 200/- as application fee while APST candidates are required to pay examination fee Rs.150/- only.

APPSC PGT Teacher Recruitment 2022 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of the written examination followed by viva-voce test to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanagar.

APPSC PGT Teacher Exam Pattern

The APPSC PGT Teacher examination will be held for a total of 450 marks. The subject wise marks break up is provided below. The candidates who secure a minimum of 33 percent marks in each written examination paper and a minimum of 45 percent of marks out of aggregate total marks in the written examination papers shall be eligible for the viva-voce test.
  • General English - 100 Marks
  • General Knowledge - 100 Marks
  • Concerned Subjects:- 100 Marks
  • Paper I - 100 Marks
  • Paper II - 100 Marks
  • Viva Voce followed by ClassroomTeaching - 50 Marks
Important Note: Candidates will be invited for the Viva-voce/Personality Test in the order of Merit viz three times the number of posts advertised (Ratio of 1:3).
