WB JECA Admissions 2022: The Application process for West Bengal Joint Examination for Masters in Computer Applications (WB JECA), 2022 has commenced. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will accept applications till February 1, 2022 by 6 pm. Candidates desirous of gaining admission into MCA courses in various institutions of West Bengal for the academic session 2022-23 can register themselves on the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in.

WB JECA Exam 2022: Exam pattern

Responses to the questions asked in the exam will have to be filled in the OMR sheet. In addition to this, the question paper has been segmented into two categories. 80 questions will be asked in Category 1, carrying 1 mark each, while category 2 will comprise 20 questions of 2 marks each. The maximum marks for the examination have been fixed as 120.

Negative marks would be awarded for wrong responses in Category A, while no negative marks would be awarded for wrong answers in Category B.

The examination has been scheduled on May 15, 2022. It will commence from 11 am and end at 1 pm.

  1. Log on to the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
  2. Click on the online registration link located on the homepage. You will be redirected to a new login page.
  3. Register using the asked details and generate your login credentials. Then log in to your account through your application number and password.
  4. WB JECA 2022 Application form will be displayed on the screen. Enter the asked details and upload the scanned documents.
  5. Pay the application fee and submit the form. Also, download it and obtain its hard copy for future references.

The Application fees has been fixed as Rs 500 for the general category candidates, while it is Rs 400 for the reserved category candidates.
