The schedule for the UPSC Indian Forest Service Main Exam 2019 has been released by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
The main exam schedule is now available on the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in.
The candidates who have qualified the UPSC IFS Prelims exam and have applied for the main exam can visit the official website and check the latest schedule for the exam.
The examination for the UPSC IFS Main 2019 has been scheduled to be conducted from December 1, 2019, to December 8, 2019.
The exam will be held at Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Dispur (Guwahati), Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Nagpur, Port Blair, and Shimla.
Exam Pattern
UPSC IFS Main exam consists of Paper I General English and Paper-II General Knowledge of 300 marks each. Papers III, IV, V and VI will have two optional subjects of 200 marks for each. The exam will be conducted in two shifts Forenoon Session (9.00 AM to 12.00 PM) and Afternoon Session (2.00 PM to 5.00 PM).
