The application process for UPSC CISF AC (EXE) (LDCE) 2020 is concluding today, December 24, 2019, by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). 

The notification for the UPSC CISF AC (EXE) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for Assistant Commandant (LDCE)  2020 was released by the UPSC on December 04, 2019.

The notification is available on the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in. The last date to apply for the post is till December 24, 2019.

The candidates who wish to apply for the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for Assistant Commandant posts can visit the official website and go through the notification released. 

This recruitment drive will fill up 23 posts of Assistant Commandant in the organization. To apply for the exam, candidates should have a graduation degree from a recognized University along with the completion of 4 years of regular service as on January 1, 2020, in the rank of Sub-Inspector (GD)/ Inspector (GD) that includes the period of basic training. The age limit should be 35 years of age as of August 1, 2020.

UPSC Releases Notification for CISF AC (EXE) (LDCE) 2020: Direct Link 

The selection process will comprise of written examination followed by Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standard Tests by CISF. The written exam will have two papers- Paper I carrying 300 marks for 150 questions and Paper-II will have 2 hours duration for 100 marks.

Those candidates who qualify the minimum marks in the written exam are eligible to appear for PST/PET. These tests will be only qualifying nature and will not carry any marks. The written examination will be conducted on March 1, 2020. For more related details, candidates can visit the official site of UPSC.

How to Apply: The candidates are required to fill in the application form online on the UPSC’s website www.upsc.gov.in. The online application form can be filled from 4th December 2019 to 24th December 2019, after which the link will be disabled.

Candidates are also required to route a hard copy of the online-submitted application through proper channel to the CISF authorities at the address: Director General, Central Industrial Security Force, 13, CGO Complex, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003, for verification and onward transmission to the Commission.
