Around 8 Thousand Candidates Will Not be Able to Appear for UP Board Exam 2020

The UP Board has released an official notification stating the rejection of application of 8110 candidates who have applied for the high school-intermediate examination. 

The Board has found that the exam form filled by these students are either incomplete or wrong data has been provided to the board. Hence their examination forms have been cancelled by the UP Board.

All these students are from 17 districts of four divisions under the Regional Office of UP Board, Meerut. The exam forms were under investigation for almost two months. Even after giving sufficient time, these students failed to submit the required details. 

As per the media reports, the UP Board exam conducting authority has rejected the exam form of a total number of 8110 students applied to appear for the UP Board Exam 2020.

There are 2355 students from the districts of Meerut division of which 1395 students applied for the UP Board Class 10th Exam 2020 and 960 students have applied for the UP Board Class 10th Exam 2020.

Saharanpur division has 2659 no. of students whose applications have been rejected. A total of  1552 students are from high school while 1107 no. of students applied for the 12th class exam. There are 3096 students from Aligarh and Agra divisions, of which 1850 are from high school and 1246 are from intermediate. 
The UP board exam is starting from February 18, 2020. UP Board Regional Office Secretary, Rana Sahasrathanshu Singh Suman said that for the last three years more strictness is being done for the purpose of conducting the examination without cheating. Around 18,000 such candidates were found in 2018, while seven thousand in 2019.

The final date sheet & exam centres for the UP Board Exam 2020 has been released by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP). The date sheet is now available on the official website i.e. upmsp.edu.in.

UP Board Class 10, 12 Board Examinations 2020 date sheet 

According to the reports, a total of 55 lakh students are participating in the UP Board Exam 2020 for Class 10 and Class 12. UP Board Class 10, 12 Board Examinations 2020 date sheet suggests that the exam would begin from February 18 and end on March 6, 2020.

The examination will be conducted in two slots- the first slot will begin at 8 am and will end at 11.15 am and the second slot will begin at 2 pm and will end at 5.15 pm.
The Board has also released the exam centre list on the official site. The list contains 90 districts and the list of exam centres in each district is available in the PDF file.
