The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has released the centre list for the UP Board 12th Practical exams. The District Inspector of School (DIOS) Narendra Sharma said that the centres have been built in the districts of Sitapur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Etawah, Unnao, Rae Bareli, Banda, Auraiya, Balrampur etc.
According to the Department of Secondary Education, students of Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Biology - Government Inter College Sitapur; Home Science - GGIC Sitapur; Music Singing - Sangeet Vadan Nari Shiksha Niketan Lucknow; Computer - Aminabad Inter College; Military Science - BNSD Inter College Kanpur; Wood Crafts - CAV Inter College Prayagraj; Granth Crafts - Aamirudaula Islamia College Lucknow; Sewing - Nari Shiksha Niketan; Agricultural Crops Science Part I Agricultural Botany, Agriculture Botany Inter Part One, Agricultural Zoology Part Two, Agricultural Chemistry Part Two, Agricultural Animal Husbandry Part Two Examination of the state will be held in Lucknow.

- Photography Services - Samiti Vidya Mandir, Prayagraj
- Radio and Television - Halim Muslim Inter College, Kanpur
- Automobile Services - Samiti Vidya Mandir, Prayagraj
- Crop Protection - Baiswara Inter College Lalganj, Rae Bareli
- Banking - Government Jubilee Inter College, Lucknow
- Cooperative - Sundar Singh Inter College, Ramgarh

According to the schedule released by UPMSP, the Class 12 practical exams for students has been scheduled to be conducted on June 9 and June 10, 2020.
As per the latest media update, the results would be announced between June 25 to 28, 2020, and will be made available on the websites upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in, upmspresults.up.nic.in and results.nic.in.
