UGC NET June 2024: UGC NET 2024 June examination registration window is now open from today, 21 April onwards, and candidates may submit their application form for the June 2024 session till 10 May, 2024.   

Eligible candidates can apply for the June examination and access the application portal by visiting the official UGC website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.   


Note that the official UGC notification marks the commencement of the application process for individuals aspiring to take the UGC NET examination in June 2024.

     

 

UGC NET June 2024: Important dates 

  • Application window open on 21 April, 2024
  • Online submission of application form by 10 May, 2024 
  • Online fee payment last date on 11 May, 2024 
  • Online Correction window open on 13 May, 2024
  • Admit Card will be released before the exam date 
  • Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria before registration
  • UGC NET June 2024 exam will be conducted in online mode  and is scheduled for 16 June, 2024 

 

UGC NET June 2024:Application fee

    • General candidates: Rs 1,150
    • General-Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL): Rs 600
    • Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and transgenders: Rs 325

 

UGC NET June 2024: Eligibility 

  • Passed / Appeared Master Degree in Concerned Subject with at Least Minimum 55% Marks.
  • 4 Year Bachelor Degree Candidate Also Eligible.

 

UGC NET June 2024: Age limit 

  • JRF : Maximum age : 31 years
  • NET : no age limit
  • Age relaxation extra as per rules

 

UGC NET June 2024: Application process

  • Firstly, visit the UGC NET official website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. 
  • Then, click on “Application for UGC NET June 2024”, displaying on the home page. 
  • A new tab will appear for UGC NET registration or login. 
  • Now, fill out the NET registration form by providing your requiried information.   
  • After registration, fill the UGC NET application form 2024. 
  • Next, upload the required documents, pay the application fee and submit. 
  • Download and take a printout for future reference.

    • Size: 10-200 KB
    • Dimension: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
  • Signature:
