UCEED 2024: Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination cut-off for Design BDesign round 1 admission has been released, including the opening and closing ranks for IITs.
Candidates must note that the last date to accept their alloted college is on 18 April, through the official website i.e. uceed.iitb.ac.in.
The seat allotment acceptance fee is Rs 60,000, for general, EWS, and OBC categories. The fee must be paid online through uceed.iitb.ac.in.
The 225 BDesign seats will be filled through a total of five rounds. BDesign admissions will be based on UCEED score 2024 at six IITs: IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur.
The UCEED 2024: Shortlisted Candidates
- Candidates who have been shortlisted will have three options to choose from: accept, float, and freeze.
- Those who are content with the UCEED round 1 allotment can proceed to accept the seat by paying the necessary admission fees.
- Opting for the 'float' option indicates that the applicant accepts the allotment and agrees to be considered for higher preference in the subsequent rounds.
The UCCED All India Rank (AIR) 2024 will serve as the basis for allocating seats for the BDes. Candidates from the general, EWS, and OBC-NCL categories must deposit Rs. 15,000 in addition to paying a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 60,000.
