TNTET Exam Date 2022: The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TN TRB) has announced the TNTET exam date 2022 for Paper 1. The schedule for the exam has been released on the official website of TN TRB at trb.tn.nic.in. As per the officially released schedule, the exam is scheduled to be conducted from September 10 until September 15, 2022.

Meanwhile, the board has still not released the schedule for the conduct of Paper 2. However, the board is expected to release the exam dates for paper 2 soon.
TNTET 2022: What's Next?
As a next step by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board, the admit card for the exam will be released. Candidates will be required to print a hard copy of the admit card to carry it to the examination center.
No official date has been declared by the board for the release of the admit card, but it is expected to release a week prior to the commencement of the exam.
TNTET 2022: Practice Papers
To familiarise the candidates with the exam pattern for TNTET 2022, the board will release a set of practice papers, 15 days before the scheduled date of the examination. Candidates can attempt the practice papers to get a hang of the exam pattern.
TNTET 2022: Paper Pattern
The Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test 2022 will be held as a pen-paper based examination. Paper I of the exam will comprise 5 sections and will consist of MCQ type questions. A total of 150 marks shall be awarded as the maximum marks in Paper I.

The Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test is conducted every year to recruit candidates to the post of teachers in the Primary and secondary schools of the state. Candidates who wish to teach students of primary school must attempt Paper I, while candidates who wish to attempt Paper II must attempt Paper II.
