Preparation Phase

Candidates should devote not more than 10 days for the Preparation Phase. This period should be usually dedicated to clearing concepts and doubts related to topics. Candidates are also advised to study the different topics based on the old as well as the new pattern of the examination. Candidates should be thorough with the basic concepts and apply them while solving and practising questions. Candidates should ensure that they are thorough with all the topics related to the examination syllabus before moving onto the next phase.

Practice Phase
Candidates should devote a period of 40 days for this phase. This is the most crucial time as aspirants should learn to manage their time in the SBI Clerk Exam better. They should be able to attempt the maximum number of questions accurately to be able to improve their score and should also master different topics individually. Candidates should practice section wise as this way they would be able to give quality time to every topic in every section. Candidates should also use this time to practice mock tests and past year question papers to get a better hold of topics in the examination.

Revision Phase
This phase should last for a period 10 days leading to the day of the examination. The third and last phase is when the candidates have completely finished studying the topics and enter into the revision phase. Here candidates are required to revise the topics that have been previously studied and practised. Candidates should also brush their knowledge of basic concepts such as math formulas and English grammar. Candidates should also continue their habit of solving mock tests as this would prepare them for the day of the Examination.
