The Railway Recruitment Board, RRB has announced the CBT 1 exam date for the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Recruitment 2019. The exam date has been announced by the Railway Board Chairman V. K Yadav in his latest press conference. As per the announcement, the RRB NTPC CBT 1 is likely to be conducted from December 15 onwards in the online mode. While the admit card for the same will be released by the RRB, 10 days before the exam.

The Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has also tweeted the said examination date from his official twitter handle. According to the Union Railway Minister's tweet, "the verification of applications received for various posts for all the 3 categories have been completed, the examinations for the recruitment to various posts will be commenced from December 15."



RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019: Vacancy Details
Under RRB NTPC, a total of 35,277 vacancies are on offer of which 10,628 are for class 12 pass while a total of 24,649 are for graduate degree holders.

RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019: Admit Card Release Date
The Railway Recruitment Board( RRB) will release the admit card within 10 days before the beginning of the exam.

RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019: Selection procedure
The candidates will have to clear a typing test (TST) and document verification after CBT 1 and 2.

RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019: Exam Pattern

The exam will be conducted in three phases:
Stage - I:  Computer Based Test (CBT); Candidates have to Solve 100 questions (MCQs) in 90 minutes.
Stage - II: Computer Based Test; Candidates have to Solve 120 questions (MCQs) in 90 minutes.
Stage - III: Typing Skill Test (TST) Candidates should be able to type 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 words per minute (WPM) in Hindi without editing tools and spell check facility.
