Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) has announced to postpone the Rajasthan eligibility examination for teachers this year. Also, the Board authorities have announced the revised exam date for REET 2021. As per the revised schedule, the BSER will conduct the Rajasthan eligibility examination for teachers on June 20, 2021.
Earlier the REET 2021 exam was scheduled to be held on April 25. The decision has been taken by BSER in view of the announcement made by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot during the budget session.
The Chief Minister said that the objective to postpone the exam is to give an opportunity to the economically weaker sections (EWS). The BSER is likely to reopen the registration window for REET 2021.
