Rajasthan Eligibility Test, REET 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on September 26, 2021, at various exam centers across the state. As part of the exam preparations, the government has issued an important notice to prevent cases of cheating. According to this, if any government employee is found cheating in the REET exam, he will be immediately fired. Similarly, any private institution found to be indulging in any case of fraud or malpractice will be immediately derecognized. Apart from this, CCTV cameras will also be installed to keep vigil at the examination centers.

An official Tweet of Govind Singh Dotasra reads “Thanks to the Chief Minister for accepting both our proposals today to stop cheating in the REET exam. 1) If any government employee is found to be involved in copying, he should be dismissed from the government service. 2) Recognition of the institute should be withdrawn if any private personnel or institution is found to be involved in copying.”

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and State School Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra have taken many important decisions in the review meeting. These are written below:

  • The staff involved in the process from the printing press to the delivery of the question paper to the candidate cannot use their mobile phones during the entire process. Instructions have also been given to videograph this entire process.

  • Candidates will not be allowed to carry their masks inside the examination center. They will be given masks outside the examination center itself.

  • The additional police force will be deployed to maintain traffic and law and order. Apart from this, constables, home guards, and women policemen will be deployed at the examination center to check the candidates.

This year, around 16 lakh candidates registered themselves to appear for the examination but it’s still not clear how many candidates will appear for the examination on the exam date.
