Paper Leak: Odisha TET 2019 To Be Conducted Online

Two weeks after Odisha Teachers’ Eligibility Test question papers were reportedly leaked, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) on Friday decided to conduct the Odisha TET online.

OTET exam, held on January 16, has been cancelled following allegations of question paper leak. “The examinations which were cancelled due to question l paper leak on social media will be held online,” Ara Begum, President of the board, told English daily. 1.2 lakh students had appeared for exam held in 250 centres across the state. 


OTET exam consists of two papers. 
Paper I 
The candidates will be provided with a total of two and a half hours of time for this paper.
 
All the OTET questions for this paper will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Each correct question will fetch one mark each.
 
The question paper for the non- language subjects will be bilingual i.e. in Odia and English.
 
Paper II 
The candidates will be provided with a total of two and a half hours of time for this paper. 
All the OTET questions for this paper will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Each correct question will fetch one mark each.
