The National Institute of Technology, Meghalaya has extended the last date to submit the hard copy of NIT Meghalaya Technician, Technical Assistant 2020 Application form. The last date to submit the application form for non-teaching posts in the offline mode has been extended upto June 01, 2020, (till 1730 hrs). Applications were invited by NIT Meghalaya for the posts of 30 Technician, Technical Assistant & Laboratory Attendant posts. Those candidates who have cleared class 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma are eligible to apply. Candidates can go through the recruitment details provided here to apply for the posts in the online mode. The official notice reads, In partial modification of Advertisement for Non-faculty Positions 2020 vide No. NITMGH/ES/REC/N-F/Vol.IV /2019-20/2197 dated 14-02-2020, this is to notify that the last date for receiving the hardcopy of applications has been extended upto 01.06.2020 (Till 1730 hrs.). The online application portal and SBI Collect will, however, automatically close on 06.04.2020 at 1800 hrs. as notified earlier.

NIT Meghalaya Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Technical Assistant: Candidates who have first Class or equivalent Grade in BE/ BTech/ MCA in relevant subject Or First Class Diploma in Engineering in relevant Field Or First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Science Or Master’s Degree in Science with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade can apply.
Age Limit: 30 years
Technician: Candidates who have cleared 10+2 with Science from with at least 60% marks Or 10+2 from a Government recognized board with at least 50% marks and ITI Course of one year or higher duration in appropriate trade Or 10 with at least 60% marks and ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in appropriate trade Or Diploma in Engineering of three year’s duration in relevant field.
Age Limit: 27 years
Laboratory Attendant: Candidates who have cleared Senior Secondary (10+2) in Science from a recognized board.

Important Information:
Print out of the Online Application form along with payment receipt and all relevant documents must be sent by post/ courier to reach the office of the Registrar, National Institute of Technology Meghalaya, Bijni Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong 793003 on or before 01.06.2020 (till 1730hrs.). Applications filed through OFFLINE shall not be considered.
