NEST 2020 will be a computer-based test (CBT) which will consist of multiple-choice questions. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and country-wide lockdown, the application process for the National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2020 was earlier concluding on May 31 but further extended upto June 14.

NEST 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Interested candidates must have secured at least 60 percent marks in class 12 or equivalent. Admission through NEST 2020 will be based on merits.
NEST 2020 Application Fees:
- Candidates who belong to the unreserved and OBC category will have to deposit a total of Rs 1200 as application fees.
- Candidates who belong to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, PWD category, and the female candidates will have to deposit a total of Rs 600 as an application fee.
