NIFT 2022 Registration Starts from Today, Know How to Apply and Other Details Here

The registration has commenced from today, 3rd December for admission to the National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT. The entrance exam is expected to be conducted in the month of January 2022 in offline mode. The candidates who wish to register for NIFT 2022 can fill the application form by visiting the official website- nift.ac.in. 

The candidates will have to qualify for the written exam, situation test, and personal interview round for admission to NIFT. This entrance test is conducted every year at a national level for admission to B.F.Tech. and B.Des courses in NIFT. More details are now available on the official website. 

NIFT 2022: Important Dates

• Release of NIFT application form- 3rd December 2021
• Last date to fill the NIFT 2022 application form without late fees- January 1st week, 2022
• Due date to fill the NIFT registration form 2022 with late fees- January 2nd week, 2022
• NIFT entrance exam 2022- 1st week of February 2022 

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: The candidates should be less than 24 years of age as of 1st August 2022. The age limit is applicable for all the candidates from the general category. The candidates from ST/SC/PwD category will get a relaxation of 5 years. 
• Educational Qualification: The candidates who have qualified for the 10+2 level examination from any recognised board are eligible for NIFT 2022 entrance exam. The candidates who will appear for the 10+2 level exam in 2022 are also eligible to register for the entrance exam.

Steps to Register for NIFT 2022

The candidates are required to follow the instructions given below to apply for NIFT 2022. 

• The candidates must visit the official website at niftadmissions.in.

• On the homepage, find and click on the Registration button and create a login id and password. 

• Then log in using the credentials and click on the submit button. 

• Fill in the application form with the necessary details and upload all the required documents. 

• Then pay the application fee and submit the application form. 

• Download and keep a copy of the submitted form for future use.
