The National Institute of Design (NID) has started applications for Design Aptitude Test (DAT) 2022. Candidates who wish to apply for admission to B.Des. and M.Des. Design programme conduct by NID can fill the online application through the official website of NID at admissions.nid.edu. Aspiring candidates can submit the application till November 30, 2021, without paying any late fee.

The candidates will be required to complete the registration process by uploading necessary documents and submit the application fee online before due date. Candidates are further advised to go through the programme details, eligibility criteria and other important information before applying for the entrance exam.

NID DAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

B.Des. Programme - Candidates who have passed or will appear for higher secondary (10+2) qualifying examinations in the academic year 2021–22 from any recognized board.

M.Des. Programme - Bachelor Degree or Diploma of minimum 3-year/ 4-year duration in any specialization, after 12th standard or equivalent to 12th standard from any university or institute recognised by law in India.

NID DAT 2022 - How to Register Online?

Simple steps to register for the NID Design Aptitude Test 2021 is provided below.

Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. admissions.nid.edu
Step 2: Sign up on the website and generate new user Id and password
Step 3: Login with the registered user id and password and fill the application form carefully
Step 4: Cross-check the details and upload the scanned images of required documents
Step 5: Pay the application fee and print a copy of challan
Step 6: Save a copy of the submitted application form for future reference.
