NEST 2020: NISER to Close Application Window For Screening Test Tomorrow

The NEST 2020 application process is concluding tomorrow, i.e. May 06, 2020, by the National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneshwar. The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2020 application form is available on the official website i.e. nestexam.in. All eligible candidates who are interested to appear for the exam, can visit the official website and apply in the online mode.

 

NEST 2020 Important Dates:

  • Start of Online application: January 07, 2020
  • Closing of Online application: April 19, 2020 (Old)
  • Revised Last Date of Online Application: May 06, 2020

NEST 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
  • Candidates who wish to apply for the NEST 2020 exam must have secured at least 60 percent marks in class 12 or equivalent. Admission will be based on merits.

NEST 2020 Application Fees:
  •  Candidates belonging to the unreserved and OBC category will have to deposit a total of Rs 1200 as application fees.
  •  Candidates who belong to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, PWD category, and the female candidates will have to deposit a total of Rs 600 as application fees.

  • On the homepage, click on the link that reads ‘apply online’
  • Click on ‘get registered’, those who have registered may directly log-in
  • Fill basic information and generate registered ID & password
  • Log-in using the registration number and feed in the required details & upload images
  • Pay the application fee and finally submit the application form online
  • Take a print of the confirmation page for further reference.
 

NEST 2020 Exam Pattern:

  • The National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) 2020 is a Pen and Paper based (offline) exam.
  • The examination will be based on Multiple Choice Questions (objective type).
  • A total of 230 MCQs will be asked for which candidates have to answer in 180 Minutes (3 hours).
