COVID 19 or their test centres fell in the containment zone. Such candidates got further opportunity to appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2020. The Supreme Court of India has issued a directive in which it has stated to reconduct the NEET 2020 exam for all those candidates who could not appear for the entrance exam which was conducted on September 13.
As per the latest media reports, the NEET 2020 exam for absentees can take the exam on October 14. Also, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the result for the NEET UG 2020 entrance exam on October 16. Earlier the result was scheduled to be announced today i.e. October 12, 2020. The NTA will release the result for the UG programme on the official website of the NEET-UG at ntaneet.nic.in.

The National Testing Agency organized NEET-UG 2020 across the country on 13 September. Around 15.97 students had registered. More than 90 percent of the students have participated.
NTA released the answer to NEET UG 2020 on September 26.
