The Mizoram government is likely to conduct the Mizoram Board Class 12th Exam 2020 for remaining subjects from July 01, 2020. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the extension of the lockdown, the government has again postponed the remaining exams of class XII. All those students who have to appear for the exam are advised to keep an eye on the official website for all the latest updates.

As per the media reports, about 4,700 students have to appear for the Class 12th Board Exams 2020. 

List of remaining subjects:
  • Economics,
  • Chemistry,
  • Sociology,
  • Computer Science, 
  • Home Science

Due to the lockdown every state government has postponed/ rescheduled the examinations. Also, the schools, colleges, and other educational institutes will remain closed until the next announcement by the government to prevent the Coronavirus disease.

Earlier on 16 April, the Mizoram Education Minister Lalanchadama Ralte announced that the remaining examinations of class XII will be conducted from April 22 onwards.

The government has postponed the exam for the second time. The class 12th Board exam was first scheduled for April 22. After the announcement, the students started criticizing and many of them started a campaign ‘no exam’ on social media against the Education Minister's decision.

Students should also note that the government is planning to conduct the Mizoram Board Class 10th Exam from July 01.
