The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2020 application correction facility upto May 31, 2020. Candidates who have applied for the exam can modify and edit the details on or before May 31 (upto 06:00 pm). The KCET 2020 application form correction facility was commenced for the second time on May 20. The KCET 2020 application correction facility is available on the official website of KEA at kea.kar.nic.in.
Candidates can access the application form by login through their user ID and password. Earlier the last date to modify or edit details in the application form was May 22 which has been further extended on the requests of candidates.
The official notification reads, "On the request of the candidates, the date is extended to change the examination centres for CET-2020 and to edit required fields entered by candidates in the online application form..."
Amid the pandemic outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19), the authorities have announced the addition of 75 new examination centres this year. The decision has been taken to follow the social distancing norms and avoid community transmission of the epidemic disease. Eligible candidates who wish to change the exam city can visit the official website and make changes as per their convenience ASAP. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) had concluded the Karnataka KCET 2020 applications on March 16, 2020. The online registration for the examination began on February 05, 2020.
