JEE Mains 2022: Registration Window Reopens for Session 2 Exams, Here's How to Apply

JEE Mains 2022: National Testing Agency (NTA), the official examination conducting body for JEE Mains 2022, has reopened the application window for the session 2 exams. Candidates who were unable to register for the exam earlier stand another chance to fill and submit application forms for the same. Thus, such candidates can proceed with the registration process on the official website of JEE Mains at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The application window will remain open till July 9, 2022.
JEE Mains 2022: What's Next?

Once the exam conducting authority shuts down the application window for JEE Mains 2022 session 2 exams, they will initiate the process of application form correction. Under this facility, candidates who have successfully filled and submitted their respective application forms will be able to make changes in it.

After the closure of the application correction window, the exam conducting authority will release the admit cards in the online mode for the exam. As of now, the admit cards for JEE Mains Session 2 exam 2022 are scheduled to release on July 17 tentatively.

JEE Mains 2022: Application Fee

The category-wise application fee structure has been mentioned below.

• Unreserved/OBC category candidates: Male candidates falling under this category will be required to pay Rs 650 as the application fee amount, while female candidates must pay Rs 325.
• Reserved category candidates: Both male and female candidates belonging to this category will be charged Rs 325 as the application fee amount.

Candidates must possess the following documents before beginning with the application process for JEE Mains Session 2 exams.

• Photograph in the scanned format
• Signature in the scanned format
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Banking details
• Valid photo ID such as Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID or any other government issued ID proof.

JEE Mains 2022: Session 2 Exam dates

The JEE Mains Session 2 exams will commence on July 21 and will conclude on July 30, 2022. Candidates who have registered for paper 1 will appear for the test in the Computer-based mode, while the exam will be held in the offline mode for candidates who have applied for paper 2.
