JEE (Advanced)- 2014 registration begins on May 04
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will kick off the registration for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Advanced 2014 on May 04 (Sunday).

The candidates who have qualified in the JEE-Mains 2014 exam can register online for the Advanced exam.

According to a notification issued on CBSE's website it said that "The candidates will be provided only 5 days to apply for JEE (Advanced) as the Board will end the registration on May 09.

According to CBSE's chairman Vineet Joshi "The top 1.50 Lakh qualified applicants will be able to take exam of JEE-Advance." JEE advance will be conducted on May 25, 2014. This entrance test will be held for admission to  IIITs only.

How to Register :
At the time of registration, the candidates are required to submit the scanned copies of date of birth, class 10 certificate, your signature in JPEG format, passport size photograph in JPEG format, choice of language for question paper, choice of examination city/ town, category/ sub-category certificate if applicable, year of first attempt in JEE (Advanced) if applicable.

The portal will open on May 4, 2014 12:00 AM and will close on May 09, 2014 5:00 PM (IST). Important dates are already available at http://jeeadv.iitkgp.ac.in .

CBSE has already announced the results for JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Main 2014  on Saturday.

CBSE conducts the JEE(mains) for admission to different NITs, IITs  and other centrally funded institutes. The board uploaded the answers of questions that were asked in the offline and online exams. Students could challenge the answers on payment of Rs. 1000 for each question, which would be refunded if they were correct.
