ICAR AIIEA 2018 Re-Examination
Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi is all set to conduct the ICAR AIIEA 2018 re-examination next month. 

The scheduled date for ICAR AIIEA 2018 re-examination is August 18 and 19. While the agricultural education regulator had cancelled the ICAR's 23rd online All India Entrance Examination (CBT) which were held on June 22 and 23, 2018, candidates can get the details about the exam from ICAR’s official website. 

The examination will be limited to only those candidates who had applied earlier. The detailed notification in this regard will be soon available on ICAR website: www.icar.ors.in. 
“ICAR to reconduct the 23rd AIEE-2018 examination in offline mode (OMR Based) on the 18th and 19th August 2018,” reads a notification on icar.org.in.

In continuation of this Council's earlier Office Order of even no. dated the 12th July, 2018 regarding cancellation of the ICAR's 23'd online AII India Entrance Examination (CBT) for admissions to UG, PG and Ph.D courses for the academic session 2018-19 held on the 22nd  and 23rd  June, 2018, it has now been decided with the approval of Competent Authority in the ICAR to reconduct the examination in offline mode (IMR Based) on the 18th  and 19th August,201g at 56 Examination City Centres all over the country.

Highlights 
 ICAR AIEEA exam is conducted on a national level for offering admission to UG and PG professional degree programmes.

AIEEA PG exam pattern:
Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through offline mode (OMR).
Questions: The examination shall have one question paper for each of the 20 major subject-groups consisting of 150 multiple choice objective type questions & also 10 cross-matching type questions. 

AIEEA UG exam pattern:
Duration of Exam: The duration of the exam will be two and a half hours. The extra 50 minutes will be provided for the visually challenged or blind candidates.
Sections: The test paper will be consisting of 3 sections, i.e. PCB/PCM/PCA/ACB as per subjects.
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Agriculture. Candidates have to attempt only three subjects as per their selected subjects.
No. of Questions: 60 questions will be asked from each subject.Questions: The examination shall have one question paper for each of the 20 major subject-groups consisting of 150 multiple choice objective type questions & also 10 cross-matching type questions.
