The application process for the admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses in Agricultural Universities under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has been extended by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The application deadline has been further extended to one month without any late fee charges. Amid the country-wide lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic, the NTA has decided to extend the last date of the application process of ICAR AIEEA 2020 Exam till April 30, 2020.
Also, the application process for all postgraduate programmes in AYUSH or, Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, has also been postponed.
The application form is available on the official website i.e. icar.nta.nic.in. The candidates who wish to appear for the exam can visit the official website and apply for the same. Earlier the last date to apply for the exam was March 31, 2020. While the other dates will remain unchanged such as exam date, result date etc.
The examination for the same has been scheduled to be conducted on June 1, 2020, by the NTA. The ICAR entrance exam is also known as the All Indian Entrance Examination in Agriculture (AIEEA).

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen
Step 4: Register yourself
Step 5: Fill up the application process with all the required information and documents
Step 6: Click on the submit option.
ICAR 2020 registration: About the examination
The examination has a single-tier round and the scores obtained in the exam will be taken into consideration for admission. Candidates will have to opt for three subjects for the exam and the exam will have questions from the selected subjects. The question paper will have 50 multiple-choice questions.
The registration process will be open until March 31, 2020, and the candidates will be given a one-time chance to edit their application forms. For latest updates, candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
