Time management
Clearing any competitive exam in the first attempt is no joke. You should make a list of important topics and complete them first. The second step is to learn to say no to friends and family. You do not need any distraction. Concentrate on your best subjects first and then, later on, shift to the hard ones. In the end, set time duration for every task and topic for the day. Make sure to complete it in a stipulated time period.
