GSEB 12th Supplementary 2023: Important Details
The last date to apply for the GSEB Gujarat Board Class 12th Supplementary exams 2023 is June 14, up to 5 pm.
Students are required to approach their respective schools to apply for the supplementary exams. The schools must then apply online for the supplementary examination in 2023 through the board's website, gseb.org. The application process and fee payment should be completed by the schools exclusively online mode.
It is important to note that female and disabled candidates are exempt from paying the examination fee.
The tentative schedule for the GSEB Class 12 supplementary exams is set for June. The government has waived the examination fee for female and disabled candidates. Students should be aware that the GSEB 12th class result for compartment exams in the general stream is expected to be released in July 2023. Similar to the annual result, students can access the Gujarat board 12th result for compartment exams using the same method.
Students who were unable to clear the class 12 exams in one or two subjects this year are eligible to apply for the supplementary exam. The overall pass percentage for this year's exams was 73.22 percent, with a total of 4,77,392 students appearing for the class 12th exam. Out of these, 3,49,792 students successfully passed the exam. It is worth noting that there has been a 13.62 percent decrease in the pass percentage as compared to the previous year.
