The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE is to conclude the registration process for CTET December 2021 exam in two days, i.e. October 19. The candidates who have not yet applied for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test - CTET 2021 December session exam can fill the online application form through the official website - ctet.nic.in. The candidates will be required to thoroughly read the details like syllabus, eligibility criteria, examination fee, city of examination and important dates, etc. before proceeding to fill the application form.
The CTET 2021 will be held on 16th December 2021 and 13th January 2022 as a Computer Based online examination. The online application process for CTET December 2021 examination initially started on Monday, 20th September 2021. Registered candidates can submit the application fee till 20th October 2021 (Before 15.30 Hrs). Candidates should note that the board will not accept any application received without fee till the due date. Earlier the validity period of CTET qualifying certificate for appointment was extended for life time for all categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his/her score.

CTET December 2021: Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should satisfy his/her eligibility before applying and shall be personally responsible in case he/she is not eligible to apply as per the given eligibility criteria.
Primary Stage (Class I-V)
- Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Secondary Stage (Class VI-VIII)
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

CTET December 2021: How to Apply
Candidates who are applying for the CTET 2021 examination can go through the details provided here to apply online.
Step 1: Log on to CTET official website www.ctet.nic.in.
Step 2: Go to the link “Apply Online” and open the same.
Step 3: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No.
Step 4: Upload Scanned Images of latest Photograph and Signature
Step 5: Pay Examination Fee by e-challan or debit/credit card and net banking
Step 6: Print Confirmation page for record and future reference.
