CTET 2019: Application Process Concludes on March 5

The application process for the CTET 2019 is to conclude soon.

The candidates who wish to appear for the examination can visit the official website and apply for the same.
The notification for the 12th edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) had been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

The notification has been released on the official website i.e. ctet.nic.in.
The examination for the CTET July 2019 is scheduled to be conducted on July 7, 2019 (Sunday).

The examination will be conducted in 97 cities all over the country in 20 languages.
The notification was also released regarding the detailed Information Bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, language, eligibility criteria, examination fee, examination cities, and other important dates on the CTET official website.

CTET 2019: Important Dates

February 5, 2019: The online application commences from this date.
March 5, 2019: Last date to apply online.
March 8, 2019: Last date for submission of application fee (before 3:30 pm)
March 14 to March 20, 2019: Online correction in application form
March 25, 2019: Display of final status of the application
July 7, 2019: Date of examination

CTET 2019: Eligibility Criteria

The candidates, who wish to appear for the Primary Stage, must have passed Senior Secondary exam or its equivalent and 2-year diploma course in Elementary Education.

The candidates, who wish to appear for Elementary Stage, must have passed Graduation in a relevant discipline with 2-year diploma in elementary education.
Candidates are advised to go through the official information brochure for equivalent qualifications.

CTET 2019: Application Process

Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for CTET 2019:
Step 1: Visit the CTET official website i.e. ctet.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link that reads "Apply Online"
Step 3: Fill in the required details for the Online Application Form and note down Registration No./Application No for reference.
Step 4: Upload Scanned Images of latest Photograph and Signature
Step 5: Pay Examination Fee by e-challan or debit/credit card
Step 6: Take a printout for the Confirmation page for the record and future reference.
