The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) NET June 2020 application process is conducting by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Meanwhile, the date of the application process for CSIRT NET June 2020 has been extended due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The agency has announced the new dates for the applications process of its various exam including the CSIR NET conducted by the NTA. The CSIR NET June 2020 application form date has been further extended to May 15, 2020. The application form is available on the official website i.e. csirnet.nta.nic.in. The candidates who wish to appear for the exam can visit the official website and apply for the same upto May 15, 2020. 

Due to the hardships faced by the parents and the students because of COVID-19 epidemic, the National Testing Agency has extended/ revised the dates of submission of Online Application Forms for various Examinations.
 

CSIR NET June 2020 Revised Dates:


- Opening Date of the Application process- March 16, 2020
- Last Date to apply- May 15, 2020
- Date of Downloading Admit Card- To be Announced
- Date of Exam- To be Announced
- Date of release of the score- July 2020
 

CSIR NET Exam Pattern 2020


The time given to complete the CSIR NET examination will be 3 hours i.e. 180 minutes. The morning session on June 21, 2020, begins at 9:30 A.M. and ends at 12:30 P.M. The timing of the afternoon session is 2:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. The question paper will be in English and Hindi medium. But you have to choose the language of the exam while filling the application form itself.

The NTA will conduct the next Joint CSIR-UGC NET for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship (LS)/ Assistant Professor for the following subjects:
1. Life Sciences
2. Physical Sciences
3. Chemical Sciences
4. Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences
5. Mathematical Sciences
