The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed the medical examination for SSC GD Constable 2018. The Commission has issued an official notice related to this on the official website of the SSC at ssc.nic.in. The decision has been taken due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.
According to the official notification, amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the nationwide lockdown was imposed by the Govt of India and as a preventive measure schedule of Review Medical Examination (RME) & Detailed Medical Examination (DME) of Constable (GD) Examination- 2018 were postponed till further orders.
SSC will announce the new dates for RME & DME of Constable (GD) Examination- 2018 when the situation improves. SSC has declined the medical examination for Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA & SF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Exam 2018
