The University has also revised the exam pattern for this year.
UG Programme: The 1200 marks exam will be two-hour-long where Multiple-Choice Questions will be asked. There will be 120-150 questions of one mark each and there is a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
Subject areas: English including comprehension, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
PG Programme: The paper will have comprehension based questions. The exam will be two-hour long.
The CLAT was held on May 26 and the result was announced in June, last year. The pandemic has postponed all the entrance exams and hence delayed the next academic session for students across streams.
After the announcement of the results, candidates will be ranked based on marks obtained in the exam. Each college will announce its cut-off. Those who match the cut-off or minimum requirement for an institute will have to appear for counselling.
