Amid the significant rise in the COVID-19 positive cases, the NLU decided to postponed the exam and rescheduled it on September 07, 2020. The authorities have also decided to conduct the online exam on its designated centres with defined safety protocols. The authorities have issued the proper guidelines for health and safety measures to avoid community transmission of COVID-19 pandemic disease.
Also, the NLU is likely to release the CLAT 2020 admit card online in 2 weeks’ time. The admit card will be issued on the official website of the NLU at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
CLAT 2020: Revised Exam Pattern
The University has also revised the exam pattern for this year.
UG Programme: The 1200 marks exam will be two-hour-long where Multiple-Choice Questions will be asked. There will be 120-150 questions of one mark each and there is a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
Subject areas: English including comprehension, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
PG Programme: The paper will have comprehension based questions. The exam will be two-hour long.
