The exam date for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) has already been announced by the Consortium of National Law University (NLU).
The CLAT 2020 has been scheduled to be conducted on May 10, 2020.

The candidates who wish to appear for the exam can visit the official website and check the schedule.
The official notification for the CLAT 2020 will be released in the last week of December 2019 and the online application form would be available from January 1, 2020. The CLAT is conducted for students who are seeking admission to various National Law Universities (NLUs) in the country and the Consortium is responsible for conducting the exam.
CLAT 2020: Revised Exam Pattern
The University has also revised the exam pattern for this year.
UG Programme: The 1200 marks exam will be two-hour-long where Multiple-Choice Questions will be asked. There will be 120-150 questions of one mark each and there is a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
Subject areas: English including comprehension, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
PG Programme: The paper will have comprehension based questions. The exam will be two-hour long.
