According to the media sources, the CBSE Board Exam 2020 date sheet is expected to be released by the end of October 2019. However, there is no official notification regarding the same.

The board had earlier confirmed that the CBSE Class 10 12 Board Exams 2020 would begin from February 15, 2020. This was implemented last year. However, the officials had suggested that for 2020, CBSE would be starting the exams for the main examination from 15th February 2020 itself.

Accordingly, the CBSE Board Exam 2020 practical examinations would commence from December and the final examination of theory paper from February. These reports, however, were not confirmed by the board when contacted.

The board had earlier announced that it may consider changing all to external assessment. There were also reports regarding CBSE asking students to visit other schools for their practical exam assessment. To understand the logistics of the same, the board had also conducted a data collection exercise with the affiliated schools.
