CBSE Class 10, 12 Supplementary Exam: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the supplementary exam dates for Class 10, 12. According to the schedule, the supplementary exam for class 10th will be conducted from July 15 while Class 12th supplementary exams will be conducted on July 15, single day. The board will issue the CBSE 10th supplementary exam date sheet later at cbse.gov.in.
According to the official notice, “Only those students whose name is submitted through the online process shall be allowed to appear for supplementary examinations, 2024.” The board has asked schools to submit the list of candidates for Class 10, and 12 supplementary exams 2024 and released the eligibility criteria, fee structure, process of applying, and subjects for which the compartment exams will be held.

The board asked students who appeared for board exams 2024 as regular students and have been placed in the ‘compartment’ category to approach the school from which they appeared for the exam. Schools have also been asked to inform their students about the exams and put the names of all the students placed in this category in the LOC even if they are unable to contact them.
Moreover, students who wish to improve their performance in two subjects of Class 10 and one subject of Class 12 can also send their names. Additionally, those candidates who could not pass the exams in the first and second chances will be treated as private candidates for the third and last chance in supplementary exams 2024. Such students can apply directly through the official website, cbse.gov.in.

CBSE Class 10, 12 Supplementary Exam: How to submit the list of candidates
- Firstly generate the list of candidates placed in the compartment category from school login.
- Select the roll number and subject of the student.
- Select the name of the candidates and note the application ID.
- Pay the required fees.
- The final list will be generated.
- Make a copy and save the same.
