The CBSE Board Exam 2020 datesheet for the remaining subjects would be announced within two days, said by the HRD Ministry on webinar held today, May 05, 2020. The CBSE Class X and XII datesheet will be released on the official site of CBSE at cbse.nic.in.
Students who have to appear for the remaining board exams are advised to keep an eye on the official website of the Board for latest updates. Earlier Board has issued an official notification that the Board will Conduct Exams of 29 Main Subjects after lockdown. For the rest of the subjects, the Board will not hold examinations.
Earlier the Education Minister has instructed all the states to start the process of evaluation of copies of board examinations conducted in their own state. The Education Minister has also instructed the Central Board of Secondary Education to facilitate the evaluation process of answer sheets in the states.
CBSE Board Exams 2020 Highlights:
The Central School of Secondary Education (CBSE) high school and intermediate examinations was commenced on February 15, 2020. The CBSE Class 12th board exam was scheduled to end on March 30, 2020, and CBSE Class 10th board exam will end on March 20, 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Class 10th and 12th examination which were scheduled to be conducted from March 19 to March 31, 2020, were postponed. Measures like the closure of schools, public places, and varsities have been taken by the government in an attempt to control the spread of the virus.
