The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is going to link the examination forms of the students with their Aadhaar numbers.
This is a result of the decision taken after a meeting between the BSEB chairman Anand Kishor and Ajay Bhushan Pandey, DG Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
The purpose of this move is to avoid any fraud related to the examination forms and documents.
The BSEB is going to implement this plan from the upcoming BSEB's compartmental exams to be conducted in November.
Any candidate who will apply for the examination have to specify their Aadhaar card number.
"Students who do not have Aadhaar cards are requested to apply for it so that they can also benefit from this initiative," informed BSEB chairman Anand Kishor on last Saturday.
